The abuse is rife in this company. Directors abuse lower level employees, use profanities making the environment toxic and undesirable.

Pan African exposure especially for the UK employees, great collaboration and a great place to start your career.

Cons

The CEO has a select few, as would be in any other company, but the downturn is that the two employees ill advice the CEO who hangs onto every word they say without any investigations being done or the opportunity to hear out the so called accused. Clear disregard of processes and procedures by the CEO and absolute unprofessionalism in the way he handles issues and particularly staff including insults and unbecoming behavior as a company founder
