Pros
The only pro is that you can work from home.
Cons
So the pay is super low for this heavy volume call center. When hired, they don't let you know that you'll be working with multiple clients. Training is only 1 day with one client. Once you feel comfortable they keep adding more and the phone calls really start coming in. Over 100 calls a day but they try to convince you that it's not high volume. It's ultimately a Sales position, yet there is absolutely no commission. Don't even get me started on the micromanagement. They hire through a recruiting agency because the turn over is so high. Most people come and go in a couple of months because they can't even stay for the length of the contract, it's so terrible. Don't even bother.
