Join this company: 1. If you want to take away your career from IT fields. 2. If you want to waste your SAT-SUN and holiday. Because they pressure for work even holiday (Holi, Diwali). 3. If you want to work without Offer/Joining and releasing letter. 4. If you want to lose your 10th/12th Original certificate as this company will take your original paper and giving you an acknowledgement paper and if you have any offer letter of another company and asking for revert back my original certificate they will show you a signed acknowledgement paper which written as” either complete the your project (which cannot be completed due to bad management)” or “you have to pay back the two/three month salary to the company”. A complete Brutal Politics. 5. If you want threaten every hours in your working life as this company will asking the status of your project every hours and the higher manage will threat you instead of guidance. 6. If you want to pay Travelling amount of his own pocket as this company didn’t give you any T.A. You raise the T.A. bill to the management they will never reimburse you. 7. If you want to cut your salary on monthly basis as there are so many reason. The most awful reason is -if you late in check-in as an example suppose check in time is 9:30:00 and you checked-in 9:31:00 then it means you are late and three constantly late will managed your 1 casual leave (which is not presently any more)or they deducted your 1 day salary after fourth late which is calculated as no. of working days(for example suppose days is 22 days then your 1 days salary will be = working days(Excluding including No of Sat ) /working day=1 days salary which may higher than 500( even your minimum salary will Rs. 15000) . If you complain as a. ”I checked-in 1 or ½ mints late but I stay 1 – 2 hours more”, the higher management will tell you “Late means late”. b. If you complain regarding “salary deduction calculation” they will reply you it is as per govt. rule. (Govt. Rule! my foot.) 8. If you want to work under those management where you are the only one person who is Requirement Analyzer/Document Writer/ Coder/ Tester/Hardware engineer/Implement engineer/Client communicator/Sales Person (as this company will pressure you to get pay amount from the clients.) 9. If you want to work those place where peon is your boss as A. When you check-in, the gate keeper tell you very rudely “please enter the exact check-in time as the higher management it instructing me to monitoring you” or if you check-in with the time 9:30 they will over write as 9:31(they are calculating the seconds). B. If you work late or you are on call to communicating with client and asking for to get lunch to the peon after 1:00 PM they will replay you as “sorry sir the lunch time is over so I can’t as I have already a lots or work”. C. If you are not feeling well or suffering from fever and ask peon to get some medicine they will reply you I can’t go as I have work. Please not why you asking to get some medicine from outside because the management don’t have any first aid. 10. Last but not least, if you want to work with that company who didn’t respect your hard work your dedication as they only plan who to take more work from you and they laugh behind you or think “ahh! One donkey more for our company”
