Pros
Ag Resource Management is a great company to work for because they have a real purpose. If you just want to collect a paycheck, then ARM isn't for you. However if you want to fulfillment in self and get rewarded for it financially then ARM is the place to do that. If you are dedicated to the local farmer and their needs and keep to that you can go home every day knowing you are doing the most good. The people at ARM are the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with, very smart with diverse backgrounds from all over ag spectrum from farmers, crop insurance agents, ag lenders, agronomists, input sales all coming together to create solutions for farmers. ARM has rewards hard work, you read some of the reviews that state good pay, and it is good, but they expect nothing less than 110% from you. Their benefits package is second to none. I thank God for the ability to work for such a purpose driven company and the blessings it has provided me and my family.
Cons
Its fast paced, which isn't necessarily a con, but it means you have to always be learning to keep up. This can sometimes bleed over into your personal life so you have to work at that. Communication throughout the company has improved, but it can be better and theres plans being executed to do so. You have to make sure you speak up if theres an issue.
