Management have gotten way more engaged and the right people are in the right places, evidence of this is that the tech leadership is stronger than it's been in ages. Agile coach has been a brilliant addition Junior staff have genuine progression path

Some older technology and black box systems are in operation that makes working in some areas harder Some single points of excellence still exist
