The organization offers a good service for those who need it. Employees are caring and hard working.
Cons
Employer is unscrupulous and uses your employment as a threat to demand your personal loyalty to her rather than the good of the residents you serve. She has hired and fired 4 different Director of nursing since the start of the year and has a 112% turnover rate. Average tenure of all employees is less than 4 months. Onboarding is a joke. There is no adequate training and staff is scapegoated when things go wrong. Absolutely do not leave a job to work here and keep looking if you do.
