Pros

35 hour work week. H.O.P.E. program is a great cause.

Cons

You cannot have opinions, stand up for yourself or set boundaries, you will be spoken about by managers to each other and their teams...you'll be blackballed by all of them. Managers force their likes and dislikes on their teams, and if they don't "follow the leader" they are let go.

Pros

Holidays, sick time, and 403b Love what the Program stands for.

Cons

Toxic upper management: dishonesty, manipulation, bullying and heavy retaliation. HR in the same bed. Ethically impossible goals with intense micromanaging. High turnover.

Pros

-I personally had a lot of opportunities to grow! -Got lucky with a great team and manager -Since it is a non-profit, lots of good conversations are happening around social issues etc.

Cons

-pay, raises, no raises to account for cost of living... -lots of skill development (in my situation) but not many, opportunities for most positions to get any type of promotion or change of positions
