Pros
Good benefits, a lot of holidays and vacation.
Cons
Everything, the pay is below average , which is expected at a lot of agencies but there is no room for growth here. This is not an advertising agency, this is an extension to Chevy's office. No one holds the client's accountable for their mistakes nor educate them on process/expectations. Most agencies have backbones. I understand we are here to serve the client, but being that Chevy is their only client, they bend over backwards for them, there is absolutely no respect from Chevy. In addition to working with a nightmare of a client, your own team does not provide any support or help. There is very little training, and in my experience, my manager was an absolute horror to work with. During my interview process they led me to believe there was a culture, and the people are great. On day one I immediately realized I was duped. I should have known that the Assistant Account Manager position I kept seeing posted every few months online, was the same role, as no one is willing to stick around. My manager screamed, yelled, threw you under the bus and refused to accept any responsibility for the lack of training. She was completely unprofessional. Everyone knows she is difficult to work with, but no one does anything about her. They rather continue to hire for the same role every 6 months. She wouldn't last anywhere else with her attitude and horrible people skills, that is likely why she will stick around here until she retires. STAY AWAY IF YOU SEE THIS OPENING ON LINKEDIN! Any positive reviews are likely written by someone there to avoid losing potential employees. If you are desperate for a job, this is not at all worth it. An agency should have culture, creativity and promote a collaborative environment and grow their employees. This place is a blackhole. I've interned at a 2 different agencies before landing here, and never could believe an agency like this would exist. STAY AWAY
