Toxic Work Environment with High Turnover

This was easily the most stressful and demoralizing workplace I have ever experienced. I’m writing this review as a warning for anyone considering a job here. The leadership fosters an environment of fear rather than support. Criticism is constant, often delivered in an aggressive and demeaning manner. Public reprimands are common, and the overall culture is one of intimidation rather than collaboration. Employees are expected to work long hours without appreciation, and burnout is the norm. Turnover is alarmingly high, with employees frequently being let go within weeks or months. Job security is nonexistent, and decisions around hiring and firing often feel arbitrary. Leadership’s approach to staffing and team management lacks professionalism, creating an unstable and toxic workplace. If you value respect, stability, and a healthy work culture, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We have wonderful employees that have been here for many years, as well as others that have been here approximately 2 years. We value our employees very much and they are our most valuable asset as a company. It is rare that employees work late, they typically walk out at 5:30. We would like to note that it has become obvious that when an employee or former employee chooses to write a positive experience about the agency, there is a calculated response by an individual or group of individuals to counter the positive review. This concerted effort has gone on for years, and it is quite obvious and sad at the same time. We wish you nothing but the best, and we are sad you feel the need to continue the slander that honestly doesn't reflect the experience working here, nor the great team we have and the great work we do for our clients.

The team is incredibly talented and well-rounded, bringing different perspectives to every project and pushing each other to produce the best work possible. Leadership is engaged, and constantly challenges you to grow. My time at Agency Creative sharpened my attention to detail, strengthened my strategic thinking, and gave me the confidence to tackle any challenge. I’m grateful for the opportunities and connections I made—I still stay in touch with so many former colleagues and clients.

Cons

While the agency setting naturally comes with long days and late nights, that’s to be expected in this industry, and the experience gained is well worth it.
