Th team Leaders are immature not sure on how they got their position. Employees along with management are prejudiced. Certain employees get treated different from others based on your relationship with management or your background. Uncomfortable work environment feels like High school. Passive aggressive racism. Some employees get bonuses that are strictly based off of their relationship with management. Overall toxic and traumatic environment
