      Agentis is a great place to work because it is a fun and fast-paced environment that allows for creativity and innovation. At Agentis you are encouraged to take on new challenges and discover your strengths. The people are very sharp and inspiring to be around!

      I enjoy challenging work so I have no cons thus far!

      Pros

      - Great product-oriented culture with a successful product with actual customers, that is well-received and is making an impact. - It's thrilling to be part of a big growth phase of the company and platform. - The work is balanced. You don't work all hours or odd hours. - People will listen to you. - Great positive and irreverent (but still respectful) culture. - You get to save the world by helping non-residential accounts reduce their energy usage.

      Cons

      Mainly, if you come from any larger organization you'll notice that it's quite small, with the usual downsides because of that: you will wear a lot of hats, be spread thin, need to be amazingly well-able to manage your time, you may not have role models for a certain discipline. It also doesn't have many of the advantages that come with scale. All of these have associated plus sides, as well a ton of others. We have very engaged clients are very much part of our product decision-making process, so if you're not used to that it can be a bumpy ride at first. But you'll come to like it, as opposed to products that are more abstracted from client input.

      Pros

      Agentis is on the cutting edge of the energy consulting industry, which is an industry that I did not personally know existed until I first spoke with Agentis. Nobody is outside the bounds of having a good conversation. Want to talk with the newest employee, or want to talk with the CEO? Both doors are wide open. I started in mid January 2021, and I can honestly say that everyone brings a positive attitude to work every day. All of my previous companies were large companies (fortune 500 or equivalent) - the learning that Agentis made possible has been amazing. In addition, the move from a large company culture to Agentis has been warmly greeted by everyone within the company, also everyone at Agentis recognizes that those experiences gained at larger companies bring opportunities that Agentis can also learn from.

      Cons

      As the majority of growth has happened during 2020 (during the pandemic) I have still not yet met most of the people that I work with in person.
