1. Crazy Supervisors and full of bully 2. Gossip environment. 3. No support from supervisor or colleague. Only punishment. 4. High turnover rate. You will be the senior staff if you can stay in this dept for 6 month(no salary review and promotion) 5. Can’t learn anything in here so leave the company asap.
