Interview was easy. They will easy convince that you are at right place. You will feel good on 1st day (only)

Cons

Environment is not so friendly. You can't even talk with ur peers. Space is so small to work. They don't even give air to breath. It was totally like boss and slave environment. And please dont even dare to ask anything to boss they will ask you to leave the very moment. They do not want people they just want donkeys who keep working for them for free and they will ask you to shift to noida so that they can easily ask you to work for 12hrs. Biggest mistake of my life I accepted their offer.

Owner treats employees as a slave

1) You will get meshed up with all the technologies as the owner takes the project without having a tech team to work upon that and hence randomly will assign you project irrespective of your domain. 2) They won't even give you time to get familiar with the project and expect you to stay late night and work on weekends as well. 3) Current lead will take full credit of your work and does a lot of politics there. 4) HR is just a puppet as she has to take permission for everything from the owner. 5) They take resignation personally as they can't see anyone's professional growth.

We feel sorry about the experience you had with us, we are just thinking how did you spend 4 years at a company where you felt so bad? Did you really work with us or is it a loaded review to tarnish our image? also, working on latest technologies and taking them as challenge is what any enthusiastic engineer would love to do, instead of feeling bad about it. And on top of everything, none of our management member or team considers others as lower mortal by any way, its work that defines us at Agicent and not the position in hierarchy, solid engineers have become leads here in shortest time for their skills, sincerity and knowledge and Agicent is the place where talent is actually promoted and celebrated. We can't be best for everyone and we understand that, but we make sure everyone gets equal opportunity to grow and by large this is what works. Hope you've a good time.

As they don't hire experienced people so you can handle project even you are a fresher.

Cons

- They will present your profile as an experienced guy to the client and expect the same from you. - You can't talk to your colleagues if so then very next day the HR will warn you for this. - At the time of appraisal they will ask for a service bond. - You can't think about your growth even if you served for long time in this organization.
