      Very disappointed on how the CEO , Sonny Chabra, treats and thinks of his dedicated employees.

      Pros

      Can't really think of one. It would have been that it is located in midtown, but the company is moving to Port Washington that is too far for the employees.

      Cons

      The CEO thinks we are in a third world country and he treats his employees the same. Dedication, hard work and good work ethics mean nothing at this job.

      We are sorry you feel this way. Yes we did move our HQ's to Port Washington although we still maintain a very large presence still in midtown where several happy employees are still working from! Our CEO is a very smart man and made the decision to move the HQ's from NYC to provide the staff a brand new facility with a new environment. We offer the staff breakfast daily, lunch every Friday and unlimited coffee and beverages all because of everyone's hard work and dedication.

      There were no pros to working at ASI. They used to have an office in midtown but moved that out to Long Island.

      Cons

      Strange how suddenly 10-12 good reviews all popped up on July 2nd. It's almost like it was an initiative or something

      We did open a brand new facility on Long Island that has is enjoyed by all of our staff. We recently had our Nation Conference out on Long Island that every employee was invited to attend including our staff in all states including Florida, Arizona, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Colorado and many more because of that we believe our staff has posted several positive reviews! Good luck in your future endeavors!

      Not Female Friendly At All

      Pros

      I guess there's a few, let me think for a minute. Oh yeah - the benefits are OK, training and certification. Good place to get some experience, just don't stay there too long.

      Cons

      This has to be one of the worst places to work if you're a woman. At best you're patronized and ignored. At worst, you're publicly made to feel like a worthless, idot. And don't even think about going to HR. They're all in the same club with management.
