This is one of the worst companies I have worked with. Here employees are treated like servants — you will be asked to do all kinds of office chores apart from your actual work. Salary is not paid properly, and probation period money is never given back (they deduct 10% of CTC in the name of probation). The CEO is extremely disrespectful — he shouts, misbehaves especially with female employees, and seems to feel satisfied when staff are upset or even crying. Very toxic and unprofessional behavior from leadership. HR is of no use here — instead of supporting employees, they interfere in your personal and family matters, without solving any real issues like salary or policies.
