Pros

+Good For Freshers only +Friendly environment

Cons

-I got the news from one of the current employee that "Director ask to team to add good reviews" -150+ staff but not every weekly off (Saturday) -Poor Management by directors -No appreciation from team and directors. -No proper chair to seat. -Toilet cleaning not maintain by company. -Company directors always searching for free things first. -Employee need to work with academy part as well in free or in very low cost forcefully by directors. -No device management as that is main assets of the company. Many employees are uses their own devices. -Submit mobile in lock (What to do in emergency? ) -Allocation of resources on project is very poor. -Need to fill 3-4 daily sheet. -No space for lunch. -Directors always instruct temporary solution. -No extra payment for long seat. -Long contract after 1 year which is on stamp paper. -One of non technical director don't know how to talk with the employee and lead. It may be chance to add new dummy reviews by employees after this post. This is very helpful reviews for guys. Be aware before joining.

Pros

Weekends off like after following rituals of 5th Saturdays They have nice set of works

Cons

It's the time of quarantine, every company offered Work from home great this company did, but but only at few conditions, they said if you have work then only your salary will be credited, also month of March is running, they said due to project ending or client not responding, your salary will be dued. In month of quarantine do you really think we can afford our basic facilities by this cut off? Secondly they are posting on LinkedIn and Instagram tagging our Work From Home Facilities, Stupid culture I am staying is, Till Friday I had work and from Next week I didn't, they said only employees working have work will get salary else have to be deduct from leaves. Connect with any of the linkedin profile before joining and ask how is the incremental policies, once a year then. Every 2 years and then 3 years and go on. Do you really think would they have any senior employees? Plus additional: No Clean Washroom Work Desks are not clean Phone not allowed Well not writing review in bad tone or being frustrated just showing dark sides of beautiful Linkedin Instagram Features.

Pros

- Good for fresher at least when I joined there back in 2015 but not quite sure now. - There were supportive people while I was working there.

Cons

- All the good and smart people left the organization due to politics. They will keep an eye if you ever put your true opinion to higher management or few team leads. - No process to execute any projects. They are not following the agile methodology. - You will get exhausted at the end of the day by working on so many projects simultaneously. - They follow the bond system for appraisals. - Always take cheaper options in any decision.
