Being a small firm, compared to multinational corporations, it has tech excellence as value proposition, so there's always the chance to work on cutting-edge tech with quality and delivery in mind, no body-rental. Good benefits, no competition across colleagues, a lot of internal training/certifications/budget for conferences and stuff. More recently, along with the consultancy business, a product development stream has been growing. Structured engineering ladder allows bottom-up career growth without potential managers friction by-design. The company is very solid, zero debts, constant growth. Cons
The company size is at the same time its strength and weakness, the career opportunities for the most senior people are obviously less in number compared to larger companies, but this is balanced by a more direct opportunity to generate a significant and company-wise impact. Salaries are top of the italian market, but yet they might be less competitive if compared with the northern Europe or US market ones for remote positions.
