We are happy to hear that you recognise our great Agile colleagues and the company benefits offered which we work hard to review constantly, making enhancements where appropriate and ensuring we remain competitive. Our culture is very important to us which is why we trust our SLT members, line managers and employees to help nurture and develop our company values (Accountable, Collaborative, Entrepreneurial and Dynamic), and to ensure that everyone feels respected and valued. Regarding your comment on bullying - this has come somewhat as a surprise and concern and we take such allegations seriously as these behaviours do not align with our values or the culture of the business. With regards to the packages that we pay our staff, we are competitive and reward in-line with market bandings. In relation to the shape and sizing of our support functions, we remain dynamic to support the demands of the business and at times, we use interim resources to the benefit of the company and to accommodate where possible the flexible needs of individuals. We understand your concerns about pay, promotion transparency and benchmarking and listen to your feedback. All our Head of Practices/line managers are aware of our bandings, which get reviewed yearly and are continuously updated to stay in line with market rates. When members of our team are receiving positive feedback from clients and are consistently performing, we ensure they are rewarded fairly for this. Performance evaluations are an essential part of assessing contributions to the organisation. Rewards and recognition are well aligned with consistently meeting or exceeding expectations or delivering great results. We also factor in positive behaviours and alignment with our values. We find that our high performing and engaged employees would typically choose to talk to us to share feedback. This then ensures that we can act upon feedback in a proactive and timely manner versus feedback that is shared via external channels where by we do not have the full information to allow us to address the issues. We always encourage employees to kindly speak to their manager or a member of the SLT where you have suggestions or concerns and our door is always open for people to do so. Regarding leadership visibility, we have a series of roadshows planned early this year, to ensure face to face collaboration. Building communities will become front and centre of our strategy, which will allow our SLT to spend more time with our consultants, to build the communities that have been discussed in 2024. We’re proud of the positive results in our pulse survey and we have and always will be, fully transparent with the outcome including, where there is room to grow and improve. Our process is to always share an early teaser of the results followed by the full picture to show the detailed feedback and this is shared both internally and externally . This year we have seen an increase across the board which we will be sharing companywide shortly.

Agile Solutions sets very high standards for its employees, which can be challenging. However, this drive for excellence pushes everyone to perform at their best and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The high expectations ensure that the team is always striving to achieve great results, which is incredibly rewarding.
