Pros

Entry requirements are minimal to none, they have lunch and an office if you like office work. SAP projects can provide a learning experience. Los requerimientos de entrada son mínimos o nulos, dan almuerzo y tienen una oficina si es de su agrado. Proyecto SAP son oportunidades de aprendizaje.

Cons

These are some of the negative things that happened in the past two years: -Poor working conditions lead to 1/3 of the workforce leaving in 2018. Similar results in 2017. -Excessive work hours (periods of up to 2 months with 80+ week hours) for some projects with no compensation (payed or time) -Low salaries on junior and mid-senior positions and no annual readjustments -Secondhand laptops with only free or pirated software -Been audited by government authorities due to poor work conditions, verbal abuse by management, and not honoring severance pays multiple times -Delayed payment almost every month with even monthly payments being retained -No private insurance or social security insurance due to delayed payment -Quitting is extremely frowned upon and can lead to court if employee wants to claim his rights -Disorganized management. Positions are given on personal relationships -Low turnover means more workload for remaining employees -No career paths -Work related trips are payed by employees with times of up to a year on getting repayed -Vacations are denied on trusted employees for years Estas son algunas de las cosas negativas y eventos de los últimos dos años -Condiciones pobres de trabajo generaron que 1/3 de los empleados renunciaran en 2018. Situación similar en 2017. -Horas excesivas de trabajo (períodos hasta de 2 meses con semanas de hasta 80+ horas) en algunos proyectos con ninguna compensación (en tiempo o monetaria) -Bajos salarios para personal junior o experiencia mid-senior, sin ningún ajuste anual -Laptops usadas con software gratis o pirateado -Han sido auditados y multados múltiples veces por autoridades de gobierno por condiciones de trabajo, abuso verbal y no pagar derechos a empleados -Nunca se paga en el día acordado y algunos empleados ven sus salarios retenidos por meses -No hay seguro privado o social por falta de pago -Renunciar se toma como algo personal y puede llevar a corte si el empleado quiere sus derechos -Gerencia desorganizada. Nepotismo y posiciones por favoritismos es muy común. No existe meritocracia. -No hay plan de carrera -Viajes son pagados por los empleados con hasta un año de demora para ser reembolsados -Las vacaciones son denegadas a empleados de confianza hasta por muchos años

Pros

- Free Lunch - A place to start gaining experience

Cons

- Horrible time management - A lot of micromanagement - Sexist comments - No meritocracy - Delayed payments and severance to former employees - Overtime is not payed, and is ALWAYS required. - No carreer plan - Owner verbally abuses co-workers and employees - Tools needed for the proyects are not provided, and if provided they're outdated and unworkable - Misogynistic mindset - Horrible technical debt, no one addresses it even it employees push for it. - No training, self-study is always the way to go (but also frowned upon) - Outdated frameworks and solutions - Seconhanded laptops mostly imposible to work with because of their resources(you only receive a good laptop if you're well-liked by management and owner, otherwise no good equipment). - Mostly vacations are denied because of "high priority" work - New ideas, technologies and certifications are frowned upon as they are "time-stealing activities" - There are non qualified managers, with no management experience and have no idea at what they're doing - Incredible toxic work environment, toxicity is also promoted - No projects' documentation

Pros

If you want to learn how to do the incorrect things when working with software, work at this company.

Cons

1. Tech stack is deprecated and this company probably is the only one using it. Please, consider joining a company where they are using React, Angular or Vue in the frontend and Node for the backend or something else. Don't waste your time learning something you will never use again. 2. They will try to force you to work extra hours and weekends without paying you. Be careful. 3. Micromanagement. 4. They are not agile (not agile methodology), they only want to be fast (speed). Agile methodologies don't mean to be fast. 5. Meetings with the CEO are a bunch of slurs. He has no respect for anyone. 6. Toxic culture. They love giving "feedback", but, for they, "feedback" means being rude to you.
