Pros

Staff feel valued and supported, with strong benefits and a positive working environment. While much of the team works remotely, there’s a clear effort to maintain a sense of connection through regular company catch-ups. The culture is respectful and collaborative, people work hard, but there’s also encouragement to have fun and strike a good work / life balance. The team genuinely cares about customers, with a strong emphasis on being helpful to both colleagues and clients. I'm really happy here.

Cons

Really can't think of any. It's busy and often context-switching being projects but that's to be expected.

Super supportive environment Learning and Development is encouraged and time is given willingly to do this. Professional and organised Employees are really valued and this comes across in various actions by the company

Cons

As much as remote working is a Pro, it can also be a con. With employees being all over the world, it makes it difficult to have face to face meets often
