Pros
The company has several revenue streams and that is very beneficial at a time that project work is on a downturn. Their capability to engage worldwide offices provides a very good support network.
Cons
Most of the offices work as a traditional freight forwarder with out the proper approach to projects in regards to methodology and division of work within the company. The departmentalize structure of the company at times makes difficult the derision making process and to respond to project risks at a timely manner.
