- Decent pay other than that I see nothing.

Cons

- Toxic work environment. Use of F words in meetings - Inexperienced employees at Solution Architects and Top Management (with no prior IT background) - No HR for the offices at Australia nd New Zealand countries. - Lot of stress at work. NO WORK LIFE Balance. - No time for lunch breaks, meetings during lunch breaks, no proper resourcing

I have so many positive things to say about this company! The consulting team is top-notch! Everyone who works here is intelligent and has a great understanding of our product. Leadership at Agilyx is outstanding. They listen to our concerns and provide valuable insights into our performance. We have the flexibility to work from home as needed, which has been a God-send for me on days when I need to be at home. I’d say this is my favorite part about the job but I do enjoy coming into the office to see my colleagues. Overall I’m very happy here and I look forward to advancing with the company.
