Pros
They offer free educational seminars and information for those seeking estate and retirement planning. Great mission and excellent values! Amazing staff and employees, challenging but rewarding work in a productive environment, with plenty of opportunity for advancement. They also offer great health insurance benefits.
Cons
The only thing I would say is that this a very challenging job but rewarding. If you don't like to work hard or be challenged on a regular basis this company is not for you.

Flexibility, above average compensation packages, lots of growth potential, minority owned business, able to work independently, amazing and committed team.
Cons
Sometimes it can be extremely fast paced.
