      Political environment Ego is on the top. dont speak your emotions Management become rech by work of employees bully and criticise enviornment mental torture when they want to forcely resignation Appraisal is not based on performance but buttering, unusual clapping . Random termination with misuse of PIP PIP , they dont have kindness.
