Pros

Agnitron is a place where you get to work with exciting and cutting edge technology. Because of that it can be demanding, but the workload is generally reasonable. Hard work is noticed and all employees get along well while accomplishing tasks at hand. Work-life balance is flexible to work with medical appointments and time-off. Upper and mid-management is fair and flexible while helpful in tasks.

Cons

The CEO can be direct when projects aren't completed. While he is usually fair he could improve on his communication and they was he treats other employees.

Everyone is generally kind and you will always be busy. Managers are always available to help you even if they are out of the office or on vacation

Pros

Most of the employees, even in upper management were very nice and helpful throughout the day. There's usually a consistent flow of work to keep you busy and they are pretty good about hiring if the workload becomes overwhelming. The CEO does make an effort to employ people that he knows need a job, especially those who had to seek asylum, which I really appreciated

Cons

There are 2-3 people in upper management that are too full of themselves. Their communication is terrible, you will be talked over, for example they will say "listen to me" while ignoring you. They also micro manage a lot, they'll come up to and ask to see what you are doing, which feels like they assume you're slacking off and are trying to catch you, they will also decide the importance of what you are doing and how long they think that task should take despite not having experience doing it. You will often hear someone getting yelled at and talked down to publicly in a very inappropriate and unprofessional way
