      There is worse, but there is certainly better

      Pros

      There are some really good departments to work with and I have a lot of good things to say about the company as a whole.

      Cons

      There are also some rough departments to work with. It can be quite clique, where no matter your performance, you get put into a box that can be quite difficult to break out of. It is common enough to see a department where the supervisor is chummy with a few employees and disrespectful to the rest. I would recommend to not apply if you are a non native english speaking foreigner or fit the least bit out of the conservative western culture.

      great benefits, attendance bonus to all the hourly employees, full time job, never layoffs. if you are a hard working person, this is the right place for you.

      some management and supervisors need more training, more people skills, professionalism and be more empathetic towards employees

      Pros

      I've been here a long time and it's because my values and the company values are mostly the same. Integrity, Leadership and Innovation are the core values and it definitely shows. Agri Beef gives back to the communities in many ways and I really appreciate that. Management will tell you the people are it's best asset and it's true we have some really good and talented people here. Great family atmosphere, we work hard but have fun too. We produce amazing products and I love that we get to enjoy the benefit of sampling these products at work and can purchase at a great discount too. We also enjoy great benefits. I like how the company is always progressing and growing, it makes for a challenging and exciting place to be.

      Cons

      I don't see a downside to working here.
