Very supportive colleagues. Mutual respect. Work-life balance. Many opportunities to learn new skills all the time. Constant dialogue. Regular performance feedback. Always aiming for excellence. Flexible and adaptable to inevitable changes. Extremely important worthwhile mission and vision: cleantech applied for enhanced food quality and safety.
Cons
Very difficult to move up the ranks. Felt at times as though one is chasing a carrot on a stick that is always just out of reach. Frequent role- and job function changes, along with the unspoken expectation to adapt quickly and successfully to them.
