Could be a possibility of Design Build But they don't pursue it as the separate divisions don't work well together. Flexible when family issues come up. Fairly decent pay but some senior people are clock watchers.
Cons
Management is poor, says a lot and all their culture is one of openness but reality is they let you say what you want but don't pay it any mind and can in fact come back and hurt you. Lots of clock watching on time, say they want people to get involved in job related organizations but criticize you when you need time to do it, lot's of good buddy relationships make it tough to advance, Very stuck in their ways on processes which are very old school and wont change. They do not get much repeat work from clients, there i a reason for it.
