      Pros

      I used to have a long list of pros, but over time the items that were on it got crossed off other than most of the 'underlings' are incredible people.

      Cons

      Excessive favoritism shown through treatment, opportunities, and pay. Certain departments have a high level of misogynism, depending on the supervisor, which is ironic in a female-founded/ran business. Concerns brought to management are rarely investigated, often dismissed and the reporter retaliated against.
