Ah Zi Design is a great place to expand, improve and most importantly, everyone motivates each other in many creative ways. Professionalism & and new ideas creative is always main priority. Not to forget, frequent fun team building activities makes unbreakable bonds among the team. Other than that, Working here is like working with your own family. Imagine working along with your siblings, that's how it is! This is where you'll find working, isn't really like working, but really, progressive. Work Efficiency, FlexiTime benefit, Fun & homely Environment, Outside work activities (Gardening), work life balance.
Cons
I have to say, too much Vegetables (during parties). More meats please!

- Work culture here is good as everyone seems passionate in their craft and not stingy in sharing knowledge - Work flow is different and more concise - Great flexibility in working hours, etc.
Cons
Not much company bonding session and/or events No other cons in general
