Pros
- joined as the 5th employee (currently there's 15 of us) - it's incredible to see a growth of 3x, with amazing people working remotely from all over the world - as above, a remote and flexible environment is a huge plus, we recently had a company-wide retreat on Mallorca to meet everyone in person - very interesting market with no clear winner yet and a few competitors fighting for the top spot - definitely a place to work if you want your career to be challenging vs comfy and boring one
Cons
- not too many yet - the pros always have their cons, e.g. remote work is great, but some people may miss human interaction - you need to know what you sign up for
