      Wonderful Mission, Horrible Management Team

      The mission is incredible. You are truly making the world better and saving lives. Coworkers are awesome for the most part too.

      Cons

      The management team is political and out for themselves. With the exception of 2 executives, the management team is two-faced and willing to sacrifice individuals on their teams in order to get ahead in their career.

      Working with a vast array of people within the healthcare system and the tech industry Salary is about average for the market Benefits are about average with unlimited PTO

      Company seeks to hire folks and then lay them off with one - two weeks severance Little to no accountability for the vulnerable position they put employees in Work assignments are all over the place without concrete understanding or grasp of where this effort will be heading towards Lack of HR system, those within HR at the moment are inept Overall confusion on the direction and goals of the company

      - everyone truly cares about what they are doing - environment is collaborative, warm, open - fast paced and exciting - challenging work with great payoff - coworkers who hang outside of work - leadership you can genuinely talk with - cool office location/layout (AMAZING VIEWS) - Trader Joe’s snacks, various coffees, seemingly never ending supply of la croix
