      Pros

      Great place to work at. I appreciate that people care about producing great work. Strong culture of ownership. Lot's of experienced people. Strong culture of mentoring/coaching if you ask for it. Moves fast, grows a lot, but manages growing pains well. Lots of personal freedom. People are genuinely supportive during tough personal times.

      Cons

      Needs to hire more people to meet the technical demands.

      Pros

      Strong sense of family. People really help each other out. Every single person gets to have a say during weekly all hands, and everyone's suggestions do get acted upon. We are working on a real problem - empowering everyone with the power of AI.

      Cons

      As the Chinese curse says, "May you live in interesting times." The company is growing fast, the product is evolving fast, there is always more to do. But for the right people this is not a con, it is what they are looking for - a place where you will never get bored or stagnate.

      Pros

      Everybody is extremely smart and very competent at their job. People are motivated and it is easy to truly believe in what the company is doing. There is an overall culture of not just doing things things the easy way, but doing them the right way.

      Cons

      As with any startup, capacity constraints can make the workload and pressures quite high.
