The pay and benefits are decent. Not competitive, but they're fine
Cons
This place is run by an inexperienced, fake, out of touch CEO who cares about no one but herself. There is not a single former employee who will say anything nice about this place.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear it didn't work out for you. We take this input seriously and will use it to continue improving.
We are laser focused on our mission to help more family caregivers get trained and paid, and feel supported in their work. We are a small but very mighty team who encourage and challenge each other, lean in on new things, grow everyday through the work, and show empathy to each other and our caregivers.
Cons
The normal things about a small, innovative startup charting a new course.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear about your positive experience and appreciate the opportunity to support you.
Aidaly is mission-driven and moving fast. The team is deeply committed to doing good work. The culture is supportive and focused, and leadership sets a clear direction while staying approachable. I feel heard here. Everyone is trusted to execute without any micromanagement.
Cons
As with any startup, there’s less structure than in a bigger company. Meetings get moved around and priorities shift frequently. I'm adaptable but some people are rigid and need structure to keep their heads on straight 🤣
