      Pros

      Excellent learning environment for freshers. mid yearly increments if you are doing good otherwise yearly it will happen. Generally in bangalore, all 3rd party vendors sign 3 year contract, here also we signed but if we gets selected in ABB (based on your performance like I did), we gets relieved within 2 years also.

      Cons

      sometimes salary used to gets delayed by day or two but gets for sure. I am sure this would have changed by now
