Pros

The starting pay is 14.00 an hour. I really love my boss. I love how flexible my boss is I also really like being able to work on my own and not having micro management. This is a job for someone who really likes people and sales.

Cons

I don't like washing dishes and having to drive my own vehicle with out gas refund. I also don't like having to buy product out of pocket and then wait to be reburst.

Pros

Great compnay that really takes care of their employees and sets them up with all the supplies needed for the job. Great job while getting my education.

Cons

With a supervisor almost 300 miles away, a sense of "not being a part of the company" comes into account.
