Pros
Government job that provides stable work. Good work life balance. Great people within the organization. Acquired new skills to add to portfolio and networking opportunities. Recommend for those just starting their careers in Accounting/Finance with a degree.
Cons
Never short of work, essentially overworked. Low salary but enough for just you to get by. Layered aspects of disorganization. Lack of efficient training and solution processes. Not up to date with industry practices; utilizing outdated systems and processes.

the pay is not great .it's hard to live of 1% raise a year.
