Small company that is BCBA owned. Clients and employees come first. I am always learning and get to explore areas I am interested in. There is lots of opportunity for growth. Small case loads where I can get all of my program supervison complete. Supportive co workers. Good health insurance.
Cons
They are starting to outgrow their center but other than that I can't think of anything that isn't different than any other company.
Working with the kids is so rewarding and fun, the work environment is very professional (no cliques or drama between coworkers), scheduling and upper management do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable and that whatever you bring up is addressed in a timely manner. You gain so much experience in this field while working as a CBT (this company also pays for your 40 hr training, as well as reimbursing for the CBT license and other items you buy for clients).
Cons
It can be very easy to burnout, the training and work can be tough/intimidating to do when just starting out
