Horrible

Pros

Dispatch is friendly and some coworkers are caring. Company uniforms. Newer equipment.

Cons

Benefits and compensation are well below competitors. Management is lazy and rude. Very disrespectful. Very little paid time off. Loads are not consistent which means spending time unpaid in the truck away from home. Communication is almost nonexistent between Green Bay and Oak Creek offices. Weekends home are not guarenteed as promised.
