      The owner needs to stop writing positive reviews

      Free coffee is about all I can think of. No micromanaging because you are completely on your own to figure everything out

      Cons

      The owner has been writing most of the positive reviews. All his talk of "core values". This place has horrible training. It's sink or swim here. You get paired up with a "buddy" who is overworked and does not have the time to train you so you have to work from a manual, and if you make a mistake your job is on the line. They can't keep employees around because of the workload, lack of training and poor pay. You will notice most of the employees are miserable here. It's not a place I would recommend working at.

      In general the staff are a delight to work with and the compensation is decent.

      Cons

      NO training NO measure of success or progress Very little PTO Upper management claim to have core values but the moment you have a difference of opinion they treat you terribly. By far the most hostile and unprofessional place i have ever worked.
