      Colleges are great and professional. Cozy environment. Reasonable work time usually.

      Cons

      It's hard to get a promotion since there are many employees who have been working here for years. Salaries grow slowly due to the company's policy.

      Pros

      + Free environment that allows you to explore tools and ideas. + Nice colleagues (well, mostly), boss (well, mostly) included. + Benefits and flexible working hour, well balance btw work and life. + New guys get lots of opportunities for career growth, well, unless you turn down everything. :-)

      Cons

      - Relatively low salary, but other benefits are good. - Productivity is slow depending on projects. one bug unless deadly might be ignored by everyone for years. - As a game company, it has relatively amateur tech level for development on graphics and client side, ppl here pursuit more of server and web technologies like other common mobile game places. It's a comfort zone for most ppl working there. - Boss does not take risks and likes copying other games. creativity is a rare thing.
