      Split shift; 100% discount on first child for care

      Cons

      Split shift which you will get an early morning shift 5:45 and get off an hour 45 later. Then have 4 hours off to come back around 12:30 then get off sometimes at closing at 6. You're not guaranteed any hours when your a flex employee.
