      Where did the family and loyalty values disappear to?

      Pros

      Decent job for first timers or for those needing a second job. Benefits exist although with a heavy price tag. Some good people in the company.

      Cons

      some real bad people higher up in the company. Discrimination and harassment are commonplace. Pay is terrible for amount of responsibility and stress. The family nature and loyalty they were once known for is no longer.

      Worst company ever to work for

      Pros

      If you plan on sleeping on your desk, thieving, cussing out co-workers. Or just lazy, this is your job. If you don't care about anyone but yourself , have no passion for your job or company. Here it is.

      Cons

      Management in Denver is unacceptable. Management Employees are hand picked. And when it comes time to turn in your notice they are not flexible on the date. I gave a verbal notice on a Thursday; told the general manager I was moving on, my notice would be exactly 14 days. Then the very next week I was informed that my training for new job was starting a week earlier. I informed AG Human Resources that same day of the change and they stated that exactly 2 weeks notice must be worked or you get nothing. I also sent email to AG management same day of change. I will be loosing over 80 hours of PTO because I would only work one week. Management blames the huge turnover rate on good employees. They will not ever accept that it's their own screening (lack their of) during interviews
