Favoritism with people who had been there longer and younger females. The owner would do happy hour in his office Friday afternoons which was cool at first until we realized it was only the younger employees invited. Horrible things happening behind the scenes. The owner is very condescending on his moody days. A bunch of older men who clearly need therapy and don't know how to control their emotions. A lot of banging, slamming doors, and arguing from people who were in higher positions. The best days were when they were out of town.

Never received a pay raise despite being moved to many positions. Was laid-off to make cuts, while others got promotions and pay raises.
