Pros
Air Squared has been a great company to work for. This growing, small business environment has been challenging but very rewarding. While we're expected to work hard, management understands the importance of work life balance. Contrary to some of the reviews I've read, I really enjoy working for the current management. No one in management is perfect, but they've been fair, supportive, approachable, and encouraging. I appreciate their trust in me to do my job.
Cons
Fast growth has challenged everyone's focus and at times we've all been forced into being reactive rather than being proactive. We're getting there though! Quality systems (standard operating procedures and work processes) could be improved.
