      Pros

      My co-workers are wonderful people, benefits are sufficient for the cost, the location is good, working conditions are moderate, could be better.

      Cons

      Poor upper management, doesn't care about employees, over worked with no appreciate, no teamwork, doesn't recognize the hard work people do, waiting for vacation over a year

      Pros

      Schedule Pay Incentives Wellness Benefits 401K Health Insurance This company is very competitive and well rounded. Schedule is pretty decent as I am home most days, pending adverse weather. Weekends and holidays either off or well compensated to stay away, and sometimes they allow repositioning in aircraft, but that is usually more wear than it is worth.

      Cons

      I've been here almost 19 years. The grass is not greener and this company cares about employees.
