Pros

Managers are good to work for and give aid when needed

Cons

Game playing with pay rates. CEO tells employees not to discuss pay rate. This is in conflict with federal labor laws . On call is not fairly compensated. Hourly overtime is paid . The law however requires additional compensation for employees in an on call situation where you have to be ready at a moments notice to respond. The company since 2022 was sold to an east coast investment firm and management from the east coast loses its luster over the 2000 mile gap . The majority of employees have no clue who Kurt Lang is . He’s listed as ceo and May be but is operating from east coast and Jeff Lipscombe is the ceo as far as Oklahoma employees are concerned
