Dear ex-teamie, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the entrepreneurial spirit, the flexibility, and the people you worked with during your time at air up. On the other hand, we are sorry to hear that you felt the current mood and work environment were not at their best. Maintaining a supportive, high-energy, and positive vibe is incredibly important to us. We are continuously working to ensure that our air uppies have an environment where they feel empowered and can truly thrive. We appreciate the time you spent with us and the contributions you made. We wish you all the best in your next chapter.

Fun until it isn't

Pros

Good benefits, great colleagues, and engaging work. Plenty of autonomy to decide what to work on and how to do it. It’s rewarding to see the impact of one’s work on customer satisfaction, in the media, and in brand recognition. Overall, it’s been a strong place for career growth.

Cons

Over time, the fun has eroded as budgets have tightened and more old-school corporate middle managers were hired. Many tend to micromanage and focus more on personal egos and career goals than on creating value for customers. After multiple unexpected rounds of layoffs, the atmosphere feels stale and uncertain. People are often looking over their shoulders—or spending time preparing for a new job.

Terrible

Pros

Some of the people I worked with they were the only reason I stayed so long

Cons

FLMs and upper management would talk badly about everyone on the shifts and try and get other people in trouble. Management only apperead for a few hours of the shift warehouse pickers running entire 12 hour shift. No structure constant arguing about how the job should be Pay was wrong
