Pros
Production workers were very nice, got to work with a lot of immigrants from different countries/cultures speaking different languages
Cons
1 Lots of cliques 2 lots of people who absolutely do nothing but never get in trouble 3 Really bad management, you get conflicting direction, they tell you to go slow and do a good job on monday, then friday its to cut corners here and take a shortcut there. They do not practice what they preach 4 Supposedly employee owned, but there are lots of backroom meetings where big decisions are made but you the lowly employee dont get any say 5 Low pay compared to other local jobs 6 No wage increases (this is the reason I left), there has been a pay freeze for like 4 years 7 Stingy time off/holiday/sick time rules. If you are hourly you have almost no time off, there are government holidays but not enough to get a break. To make it even worse they are always behind schedule so you are working overtime all week, then guess what, you are having to work saturday too 8 Supervisors cover themselves and do not stand up for their workers 9 Clueless sales people, they bring outside customers onto the line and feed them a bunch of lies, then when we cant deliver, its somehow our fault and we get in trouble 10 Revolving door of technical staff, they cant keep talented engineers and techs in the door because of the terrible culture, we have had some great techs and engineers but they always leave because of the bad managers and supervisors always trying to get them in trouble 11 dead end job, unless you are friends with a boss you are stuck, you arent going to get promoted or a raise 12 many many more
