With new technology comes new challenges, so don't expect that the development process or the vision will be ready out of the box for you. Some people may see this as a con at their workplace because they just want things handed to them and show they are performing at an expected velocity rate. The team is pretty condense with a wealth of knowledge, so a lot of us wear multiple hats because we want to make sure the right decisions for this new frontier is being developed correctly.
